Where or when Charles Kisby was born is uncertain. His family, together with that of Emannuel Kisby, populated the Whittlesey area of Cambridgeshire with Kisby's during the mid 1800's. Probably Charles came from nearby, bacause travel was difficult in the marshy fens. Charles and Sarah are Sean Kisby's greatX4 grandparents... .
